COSTUMES
Items are dispatched within 3 days, if they are in stock. Shipping times refer to once your order has been dispatched.
Digital files can be downloaded via a link on your order, please get in touch if you have any issues.
Velvet gowns are made to order, so may take 5-10 days longer to dispatch.
We do not charge any processing fees.

DELIVERY TIMES
All times are approximate, delays with postal services may occur and are out of my control. All parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail, unless you choose the DHL Express option. The approximate times are listed below.
Use the code supplied on your receipt once it has been posted.

Please make sure your address on the order is correct, it will go out to that address.
LOST ITEMS: It is your responsibility to track your post with the tracking codes provided, to be sure you get your tracking code add your email and phone number to the order. These will not be used for marketing purposes. Be sure to check your junk mail. If you do not get a tracking code, just email us and we can give it to you.
Postage will not be refunded for items that have not been collected from your postal collection centre.
Lost post will take 30-60 days to be refunded, please get in touch as soon as you realise it has not arrived.
Refunds will not be given after 60 days as we will not be able to claim the insurance on your package.
